Here at we aim to get your skis or board to your chosen destination on time. If for any reason they don't then we have the following fail safe to get you on the slopes:

We will supply you this season's equipment from our hire stocks stored in France.


We will pay for you to hire equipment of a similar standard whilst in the resort.

All your equipment is fully insured when in transit and storage.

Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions form an integral part of your contract with Skis2you, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".


The “customer “is the person whose name and address appears at the top of the contract. The hirer must be at least 18 years of age.
The “equipment” means skis, bindings , ski poles, snowboards and boots that the customer have recorded with the company for the transportation ,storage and delivery service.


1.The customer agrees that they are either the owner of the equipment or the authorised agent of the owner and they are accepting these terms and conditions not only for themselves but also as the agent for and on behalf of the owner.
2.The customer agrees that the description and particulars of the equipment are full and accurate
3.The customer agrees that No other items than the equipment are placed in the bag. Should any other items be placed and subsequently delivered the company shall be under no liability whatsoever for such goods.
4.The customer will provide a resort delivery address, date of arrival in resort and a contact telephone number in resort before a booking can be made.


5.The company requires at least 10 working days notice to arrange for collection of the equipment from a nominated UK address, to be delivered into France.
6.If the carrier has been unable to collect on the specified day the customer was given the company will not be liable if the goods are received in the resort late.
7.The company shall be entitled to appropriate any or all of its services as an agent or to provide as a principal.
8.The Company reserves the right to attach a permanent identification label to each piece of the Customer’s equipment for identification purposes. The Company’s liability shall only extend to such identified equipment.
9.If the companies carrier has been unable to collect or deliver the equipment after 3 attempts because the customer has not been available. The company will make a charge of £15.
10.Should the company damage or lose the customers equipment whilst in transit, then the company shall reimburse the customer up to the current second hand value.
11.The customer will be contacted by the company upon arrival in France via mobile telephone and the equipment will be delivered between the hours of 12 pm and 9 pm Monday to Sunday.
12.On the customers written communication we will leave the equipment with a Hotel Reception or chalet staff on the condition we receive a signature from said persons and the company’s responsibility for the equipment will cease from the moment of delivery.
13.Wherever Customs/Security officials, of any destination, check any items being delivered, The Company will make every attempt to ensure that luggage is delivered as per the requested delivery date. However if such instances do occur, the client, by agreeing to our terms and conditions, accepts that delays may occur, and that they will not receive compensation, or discounted rates, where such instances do occur.
14.All items being collected must be able to be lifted by one person. Access to multi-storey buildings must be via a lift/elevator. Any items deemed too heavy or large by the collecting agent may result in refusal to accept the goods for carriage. This would result in a delay of delivery and may incur additional charges, for which the client would be liable.
15.If the equipment is delayed in transit and therefore does not arrive in resort in time for the first day of the Customer’s holiday, then the Company will arrange free of charge hire of suitable replacement equipment.
16.The Company and its appointed carriers shall be relieved of their obligation to perform the Contract to the extent that the performance is prevented by failure of the Customer, fire, weather conditions, industrial dispute, labour disturbance or cause beyond the reasonable control of
17.The company reserves the right  to pass onto its customers charges received in relation to taxes or customs duties levied against each, and all, items delivered on behalf of the customer, for whatever reason.

18.Phobitive Goods. Electrical, fragile ,phobititive or combustible goods,food/liquids or money and important documents are not allowed in your bag and may be removed.

19. The customer accepts that your bag may be opened during the course of shipment. Any unauthorised items found will be removed and not transported.

Cancellations & Refunds

20.Before delivery to France. If no collection from a customer’s nominated UK address has been made then the customer may cancel the arrangement without any cost. If a collection has been made from the customer’s nominated UK address and they wish the equipment to be returned to them then a charge of £25 will be made and deducted from any refund owed to them.

21.If the equipment has been collected & delivered to France no refunds will be allowed. The equipment will be returned to the customers on the agreed date.

Save as provided in these conditions and to the extent that the exclusion or restriction of liability may be prohibited by statute the company will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the equipment or its use.
